چکیده

The new approach to quantize the gravity based on the notion of differential algebra is suggested. It is shown that the differential geometry of this object can not be described in terms of points. The spatialization procedure giving rise to points by loosing a part of the entire structure is discussed. The counterpart of the traditional objects of differential geometry are studied. FOREWORD In general relativity an event in spacetime is idealized to a point of a fourdimensional manifold. Such idealization is adequate within classical physics, but is unsatisfactory from the operationalistic point of view. In quantum theory the influence of a measuring apparatus on the object being observed can not in principle be removed. We could expect the metric of a quantized theory to be subject to fluctuations, whereas the primary tool to separate individual events is just the metric. Thus a sort of smearing procedure for events is to be imposed into the theory. An essential step in this direction was the idea to build the differential geometry in terms of abstract algebras. Geroch (1972) proposed to generalize the notion of algebra of smooth functions on a manifold to that of Einstein algebra whose elements are not yet functions. This generalization was successful since the entire content of general relativity can be reformulated in such a way that the underlying spacetime manifold is used only once: to define the collection of smooth functions. Although, since the commutative case is considered, the absence of points is, roughly speaking, an illusion. As a matter of fact, a commutative algebra can always be represented by functions on an underlying space. Such representation is, for instance, the Gel’fand construction (for normed algebra) which is the special case of representation of commutative algebra on its spectrum. So, in

Einstein structures on four-dimensional nutral Lie groups

When Einstein was thinking about the theory of general relativity based on the elimination of especial relativity constraints (especially the geometric relationship of space and time), he understood the first limitation of especial relativity is ignoring changes over time. Because in especial relativity, only the curvature of the space was considered. Therefore, tensor calculations should be to...

Bulk Viscous Bianchi Type VI0 Cosmological Model in the Self-creation Theory of Gravitation and in the General Theory of Relativity

In the second self-creation theory of gravitation and in the general theory of relativity, Bianchi type VI0 cosmological model in the presence of viscous fluid is studied. An exact solution of the field equations is given by considering the cosmological model yields a constant decelerations parameter q=constant and the coefficients of the metric are taken as A(t)=[c1t+c<su...

The Point of Pointless Topology

Introduction. A celebrated reviewer once described a certain paper (in a phrase which never actually saw publication in Mathematical Reviews) as being concerned with the study of "valueless measures on pointless spaces". This article contains nothing about measures, valueless or otherwise; but I hope that by giving a historical survey of the subject known as "pointless topology" (i.e. the study...

Gravitational waves are the last unconfirmed prediction of the general relativity. These waves are tiny fluctuations in world frame that dessipate energy throghout space. The gravitatinal waves spectra of fluctuations can be originated from the non-linear effects during different cosmic evolution periods, especially from initially non-linear and excited vacuum state in the very early universe. ...

Relativities and Homogeneous Spaces I –finite Dimensional Relativity Representations–

Special relativity, the symmetry breakdown in the electroweak standardmodel, and the dichotomy of the spacetime related transformations with theLorentz group, on the one side, and the chargelike transformations with thehypercharge and isospin group, on the other side, are discussed under the com-mon concept of “relativity”. A relativity is defined by classes G/H of a “little”<lb...
